Where is my order?
I was supposed to receive my yarn in 6 - 10 business days
I checked tracking and it shows that my order has been in NY for 8 days
I have contacted customer service twice without any response
It took almost two months to get my order, half the products were missing, my card was charged for the whole order and I can't get in touch with customer service.
Meanwhile, they are promoting out their products on social- now that I'm reading the comments, I'm not alone. They also are sending misleading and predatory emails constantly, saying they are going out of business or closing the shop.

The website is easy to use and gives sufficient information about the different products.
Orders have shipped promptly and are delivered faster than a lot of local orders (I’m in US). I’ve had a couple orders where the package was damaged during transport and some of my items were lost. Hobbii was quick to respond to my emails and replace missing items when they could, for items they couldn’t replace they provided a credit. They have amazing customer service!
Your customer service and product exceeded my expectations. I won’t hesitate to buy again or recommend to friends. Super big thank you for being a great company to deal with❤️❤️❤️
It’s a great little bag. For my projects I could have used a bigger bag BUT it works I just don’t overload it.
So far all my orders have come in as promised and the yarn is very good quality. I'm happily making my blankets for Linus Project.
Im satisfied with the yarn and timely delivery of the Hobbii yarn i ordered. Was very disappointed with FedEx. Package arrived torn open with yarn missing. Immediately let Hobbi know and sent pictures but got no response. I put in a claim with FedEx and haven't heard from them either.
Awesome quality of product, just small yarn bundles, so for some projects, have to order more than planned.
When one order arrived and three balls were missing, I wrote to Hobbii. I understand that Customer Service is very busy, and really appreciated that they wrote back quickly to reassure me that they had received my email and were working on the issue. I like that Hobbii gave me a choice of restitution or credit, and was thrilled that the replacement balls arrived quickly.
I really like Hobbii. I think it's a great company and your prices are affordable! Thank you!
Packaging was very bad. I ordered two pins and they were both broken they have been very good to replace them. I haven’t received them yet so we’ll see.
I am still waiting for my order and that is the reason for the one star. I would appreciate to let me know when I can expect my sock wool to arrive
